1. Agreement to these Terms
By visiting this website, creating an order, or downloading any WHOPTICS MEDIA CREATIVE product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Who we are
WHOPTICS MEDIA CREATIVE (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital creative tools for video editors, including DaVinci Resolve toolkits, macros, tutorials, and related downloadable materials.

3. Products and digital delivery
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically (typically as a downloadable archive containing Resolve tools, documentation, and tutorial access links).
- Delivery is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation via Whop.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.
- Download links may expire for security reasons; contact us if you need a replacement link.
- Product descriptions, feature lists, and compatibility information on the site are provided in good faith and may be updated over time.
4. License grant
When you purchase a product, WHOPTICS MEDIA CREATIVE grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased files for your own creative and commercial projects, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Install and use the tools on devices you personally own or control.
- Use the tools on client work, personal films, commercial productions, and social content you create.
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own archival use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, sublicense, or publicly upload the original tool files.
- Include our files in another pack, plugin, marketplace listing, or subscription library.
- Claim authorship of the tool files themselves.
- Reverse engineer, extract, or rebrand the tools for redistribution.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Whop and their payment partners. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once download access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of a product you purchased, contact support within 14 days and we will work to resolve it. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in revoked access.
7. Compatibility
Editor Collection is designed for DaVinci Resolve 20 and 21 (Free and Studio). System performance depends on your hardware, project complexity, and Resolve settings. We do not guarantee identical performance on every machine.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and product files remain the intellectual property of WHOPTICS MEDIA CREATIVE or their respective owners. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying IP.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHOPTICS MEDIA CREATIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
